2. How and where is your furniture made? 

Quality matters. Not all furniture is built the same, so it’s important to understand its craftsmanship and origin. All La-Z-Boy furniture is handcrafted in Tennessee. Each piece is built with our patented reclining mechanisms and a durable four-sided unibody frame. We use solid wood frames—not particleboard—ensuring long-lasting strength. For leather pieces, we use top grain leather, the real hide, rather than bonded leather (which is just a thin layer of leather adhered to fabric).

3. Can I customize my furniture? 

Your home should reflect your personality—not a cookie-cutter style. 

La-Z-Boy offers customization for every product, with over 800 fabrics, leathers, and wood finishes so you can create a look that’s truly yours. 

 

4. Will it cost extra to customize my furniture? 

Some upgrades may affect price, while others may not. 

La-Z-Boy offers customization at a variety of price points to fit different budgets. 

Example: Upgrading a Collins 3-seat sofa with memory foam cushions adds about $300 to the base price. 

 

5. What type of warranty do you offer? 

Furniture is a major investment—one that should be protected. 

Most companies offer only a limited-time warranty. 

La-Z-Boy provides a limited lifetime warranty on frames, springs, and reclining mechanisms. We also include: 5-year extended coverage for fabric and leather against accidental stains, burns, rips, and tears. 

3-year parts warranty and 1-year labor warranty for all power and electrical components.
